Atagwah (Peanut Rolls) (Cameroon)

Recipe

  • Atagwah

Serves

  • 20 people

Ingredients

  • 1.5kg of corn and 2kg of groundnut (peanuts)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper

Preparation

  • Fry the corn and groundnut separately

  • Join it together and ground it.

  • Ground pepper and add in to it with salt. Pound or press it with your hands to mix it.

  • Be removing it in small quantities and wrap it with your hand and put it in a dish.

  • When you put like ten, carry the dish in your two hands and be shaking it round so that it should be shinning.

  • It is good for health because the groundnut contains a lot of proteins
