Recipe
Serves
Ingredients
- 1.5kg of corn and 2kg of groundnut (peanuts)
- 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of
pepper
Preparation
Fry the corn and groundnut
separately
Join it together and ground it.
Ground pepper and add in to it
with salt. Pound or press it with your hands to mix it.
Be removing it in small quantities
and wrap it with your hand and put it in a dish.
When you put like ten, carry the
dish in your two hands and be shaking it round so that it should be
shinning.

- It is not spicy
- It is good for health because the
groundnut contains a lot of proteins
