Beans and turning potatoes

Recipe

  • Beans and turning potatoes

Serves

  • 5 people

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of brown beans and 1kg of Irish potatoes
  • ¼ liter of red palm oil

  • 1 ½ tablespoon salt

  • 3 cubes of maggi (vegetable stock)

  • 1 large onion

  • ¼ kg of crayfish

  • 1 teaspoon of ginger

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic

  • ½ kg of fish any type

  • 2 peppers of any type

  • 1 tablespoon of green spices (leaks, onion cutmajuo)

Preparation

  • Wash the beans and cook it with four liter of water.

  • After two hours, add one tablespoon salt,let it stay for one hour twenty minutes and you remove the pot.

  • Clean the Irish potatoes and wash it and put it in a new pot.

  • Remove the bean from the pot and add to potatoes.

  • Stand the pot in the fire and add the teaspoon salt.

  • Ground the ginger, garlic, and slice the onion and the green spices.

  • Add everything in to it.

  • After thirty five minutes stir and mix and remove the pot.
