Recipe
- Beans and turning potatoes
Serves
Ingredients- 1 kg of brown beans and 1kg of Irish potatoes
Preparation
Wash the beans and cook it with
four liter of water.
After two hours, add one
tablespoon salt,let it stay for one hour twenty minutes and you
remove the pot.
Clean the Irish potatoes and
wash it and put it in a new pot.
Remove the bean from the pot and
add to potatoes.
Stand the pot in the fire and add
the teaspoon salt.
Ground the ginger, garlic, and
slice the onion and the green spices.
Add everything in to it.
After thirty five minutes stir and
mix and remove the pot.
