Ingredients
Preparation of kumkum
Stand a medium pot in the fire,
and put four liters of water and boil it.
Put the flower in it and stir it
with power so that the flower should not tithe in small path
Turn it very well for thirty
minutes
After the thirty minutes, removed
the pot from the fire and remove the fufu with a plate and put it in
a dish
Preparation of okra soup
Wash the okra, slice it and put it
in a dish and pound it and add a small cup of water and mix it with
a spoon
Slice the fish and wash also
ground the garlic and the egussi
Stand a put in the fire with one
liter of water put the egussi inside with the okra and stir it to
mix.
When it boil after five minutes,
add the spices and fish with everything and allow it for fifteenth
minutes.
