Recipe: - N'Jamajama (Cameroonian green vegetables)
Ingredients:- 3kg of Jamajama vegetables
- 1/4 botle of red palm oil
- 2 cubes of maggi vegetable stock
Preparation:- Remove the strong sterms or the flowers of the JamaJama vegetables.
- Wash the JamaJama vegetables, put them in a pot on the fire.
- After 15 minutes, stir the vegetables around.
- Put oil and maggi and cover it for another 15 minutes.
- Pound it with a spoon and mix it after 5 minutes, you remove the pot.
Serving suggestion:Extra information:- Vegetarian
- Not spicy
- Good for health and medicinal because it gives water and blood.
