N'JamaJama (Cameroon Green Vegetables)

Recipe:

  • N'Jamajama (Cameroonian green vegetables)

Ingredients:

  • 3kg of Jamajama vegetables
  • 1/4 botle of red palm oil
  • 2 cubes of maggi vegetable stock

Preparation:

  • Remove the strong sterms or the flowers of the JamaJama vegetables.

  • Wash the JamaJama vegetables, put them in a pot on the fire.

  • After 15 minutes, stir the vegetables around.

  • Put oil and maggi and cover it for another 15 minutes.

  • Pound it with a spoon and mix it after 5 minutes, you remove the pot.
