Sweet potatoes and ripe pears (avocados)

Recipe

  • Sweet potatoes and ripe pears (avocados)

Serves

  • 5 people

Ingredients

  • 2 kg of sweet potatoes
  • 5 pears (avocados)
  • 1 cup of water or ½ liter

Preparation

  • Clean the sweet potatoes and wash it cut in to slices if there are large if not just cook.

  • Put it in a pot and add 1/2 of liter of water

  • After forty minutes remove the pot.

  • Cut the pear (avocado) into the number of half that you one.

Extra information

  • You can just wash it without cleaning and cook and clean when it has done.

  • You can also eat it row without cooking not much at least one.

  • It is vegetarian

  • It is not spicy
