Peal the plantains.
Wash it with warm water.
Put it in a pot and add water and
stand it in the fire.
After forty minutes, add salt and
all the spices with the fish.
After thirty minutes, stir it and
add oil and let it stay for another ten minutes before you stir it
and remove from the fire.
