Recipe
- Pound Cocoyams and tomato sauce
Serves
Ingredients
- 1.5kg of coco-yams
- 10 flesh tomatoes
- 2 cubes of maggi
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 onion 1kg of beef
- ¼ of red palm oil
Preparation for coco-yam
clean the coco-yams and wash it
Stand the pot in the fire put one
liter of water
After one hour when the water
evaporate,
pound the coco-yams either using a
pot or a molter
Take a plate and remove it in
small quantities and wrap it with a leaf or you roll it only with
your hand.
