Africancooking.org is an initiative from the Rural Development Centre (RUDEC) in Belo, Boyo division of NW Cameroon. RUDEC.org is a non-profit organization aimed at improving the local community through sustainable practices. The core project of RUDEC is the orphan project that supports 52 orphans in their educational and medical needs.

Africancooking.org is a project that collects original Efrican recipes from elderly people. By putting these recipes online together with relevant advertising, RUDEC is able to provide some pension income to the elderly that need it the most.



Africancooking.org is maintained by Gladys Ngwe. Gladys has extensive knowledge of African and Cameroonian cooking, combined with her knowledge of information technology and web mastering she is able to bring the recipes to you.
